Cinco de Mayo, always a great time. What’s just as good is tacos at any time.

Try these protein packed taco bowls for your next meal or snack. Incredibly simple and quick to make.

What you need

8-12 ounces ground meat of choice (I’m using chicken)

1-2 bags of protein chips (I’m using Quest)

1/4 cup of cheese

6 tbsp of salsa

*I didn’t have any lettuce or guac in the house, but please add if you’d like!

Mix them all together, splash on some hot sauce if that’s your thing, enjoy!
