We are back with another healthy meal that’s macro-friendly and Leanne Approved.

Made from scratch, if you make in bulk, these are great for a quick grab while you’re headed out the door in the morning.

What Do You Need

1 Cup Flour (can be gluten free)

2 Tbsp Maple Syrup (can be “Lite”)

1/2 Cup Yogurt (I’m using Greek Whole Fat Vanilla)

1 tsp Baking Powder

3 Tbsp Mini chocolate chips

1-2 pinches of salt

What to Do:

Pre-heat oven to 350. Mix everything in a mixing bowl, size depending on how many you’re making.

Mix ingredients until dough texture is achieved.

Move dough to a floured surface, kneading it and rolling it into a cylinder. Pinch and separate into desired length.

Pinch ends together to form bagels. Move to baking sheet.

Bake, let cool, enjoy.

Note: add water to get texture to your liking.
