You see those bananas that used to be fully yellow on your counter? Thinking about tossing them? Don’t! Block off 5 minutes to get the prep done and an hour for this to bake. You’ll thank me later.
It’s worth noting tho make this based on your current diet. That’s why I’m not putting any sort of caloric amount on this. Just know that the more ingredients you add, the more calories you’ll eat, and vice versa.
The Prep | Wet
1 cup / 2-3 mashed bananas
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil or canola oil
1/4 cup water or milk
1 TSP vanilla
The Prep | Dry
1 3/4 – 2 cups whole wheat flour
1 scoop 1st Phorm Level – 1 protein powder, chocolate banana (or other powder of choice)
1 TSP Baking soda
Optional : cinnamon added both in batter or on top after baking. You do you.
Pre-heat oven to 325
Pour batter into a 9×5 bread pan
Bake for 60 minutes
