Quick, healthy, easily scalable for your personal needs.

What you need:

3/4 – 1 cup yogurt of your choice

64g granola

1/2 cup oats

Fruit of choice (I do 4 oz of a banana)

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Tidbits:

This has personally helped me as a quick mid morning snack as well as a “night cap” to help with sweet cravings I get after dinner.
