Need a quick and easy go to for your first meals of the day? Check out these breakfast burritos. They can be made on Sunday with your other meals.
1 tortilla, flavor of choice
1-2 eggs, scrambled
4-8 ounces ground turkey, 95% lean (more or less lean if you want, it’ll change the total calories though)
1 pinch shredded cheese
1-2 tablespoons condiment of choice
Brown the turkey, scramble the eggs, throw a handful of greens in if you’d like to, too. Depending how good your wrapping skills are (mine suck), push a toothpick through the burrito to keep it together.
Nuke it before you eat it if you make these in advance. Enjoy.
